Gamuda Land has applied many green technology solutions to create a healthy living environment and promote sustainable environmental protection for residents. Since 2011, they have improved the environment of Yen So lake and Yen So park, and developed Gamuda Gardens in Tran Phu, Hoang Mai, Hanoi, turning Hoang Mai district into a livable area in the South of Hanoi.
Gamuda City is one of the largest urban development projects with 4 main subdivisions covering an area of over 300 hectares including Yen So Park, Yen So Wastewater Treatment Plant, Gamuda Gardens, Gamuda Central and Gamuda Lakes.
